Noxus Takes Over the Rift

  • Visual Updates: The Summoner's Rift reflects the might of Noxus. Expect redesigned turrets, shopkeepers, and minions styled after the Immortal Bastion.
  • New Epic Monster: Atakhan Spawns at 20:00 in a lane-determined pit.Two forms based on in-game action: Ruinous Atakhan (high-damage games) and Voracious Atakhan (low-action games).Rewards include XP, gold bonuses, and adaptive force buffs via Blood Roses and Petals.

Gameplay Changes

  • Feats of Strength: Replaces First Blood/First Turret gold rewards with a team objective system.Completing two out of three feats upgrades Tier 2 boots to Triumphant Boots with new purchasable upgrades.

Champion Changes

  • Ashe: Adjusted passive for better scaling; buffed Q attack speed and W damage.

  • Varus: Reduced early mana cost on Q but increased E costs for balanced playstyles.

New Items & Runes

  • Bloodletter's Curse: A new AP bruiser item featuring % magic resistance reduction.
  • Rune Overhaul: Added utility-focused runes like Deep Ward and Axiom Arcanist, while removing outdated options like Zombie Ward and Eyeball Collection.

Professional Play

  • Fearless Draft: Pro leagues now prevent champion reuse within Bo3/Bo5 series, promoting diversity and unique playstyles.

Ranked and Seasonal Changes

  • Ranked Season 1 begins Jan. 9, 2025, globally.
  • Victory Skin now requires 15 ranked wins (tracked via a mission system).
  • Apex Duo MMR restrictions temporarily disabled until Patch 25.S1.2.

Minor Adjustments and Bug Fixes

  • QoL Updates: Multiplayer practice tool now supports up to 10 players. League Client load times optimized.
  • Bug Fixes: Rengar’s E interactions, Kalista dash animations, and numerous VFX/SFX issues corrected.
